Believe it or not, it’s been nearly two years since we last saw Will Farrell in his patented dumb-funny slapstick comedies. At one time, it looked like he was pushing them out every six months. Instead, we’ve been having “the creators of The Hangover” overload. Well — after some animated voice work and indie flicks, Farrell is back to his original form as a feared Mexican drug lord fighting against the Alvarez Brothers (Gael Garcia Bernal, Diego Luna). The trailer looks predictably stupid and shamelessly funny, in my opinion. Casa de mi Padre opens March 16.
